Catalogue design for Ecotree Vietnam: Showcasing ESG vision, carbon credits & sustainable forest development with B2B and international standards.
1/ Project Overview
- Project Name:Catalogue design and content development for the introduction of Ecotree VN
- Client: Ecotree Group Joint Stock Company
- Industry: Reforestation, ecological conservation, sustainable forest development, and carbon credit trading
Project background
Ecotree Group Joint Stock Company entrusted Phoenix with a catalogue design project centered on sustainability and ESG values. Moreover, the project was executed within a very tight timeframe of one week. Therefore, it required a highly efficient workflow, clear coordination, and a strong strategic direction from the outset.
Scope of work
Specifically, the scope included in-depth research, content development, and full catalogue design. Additionally, all deliverables were required to align with international B2B communication standards to ensure credibility and global usability.
2/ Project Context
2.1 Global sustainability srends
Amid increasing concerns about climate change, forest restoration and green business models have become global priorities. Therefore, many countries, including Vietnam, are positioning themselves as emerging hubs for carbon credit development.
2.2 Ecotree’s strategic position
In this context, Ecotree operates across key areas such as forest plantation management, carbon credit certification, and sustainable ecosystem development. In particular, the company plays a connecting role between enterprises and organizations that aim for long-term sustainability goals.
2.3 Content development challenges
However, one major challenge of the project was content development. Because carbon credits and ESG are still relatively complex and new topics with limited public resources, Phoenix had to invest significant effort in both research and strategic content structuring. Consequently, the content needed to be both accurate and easy to understand for international stakeholders.
3/ Project Objectives
3.1 Mission and vision communication
One of the primary objectives was to clearly communicate Ecotree’s mission and vision. Specifically, the catalogue highlights forest development, ecological preservation, and the creation of long-term carbon value for the planet. As a result, Ecotree is positioned as a pioneer in Vietnam’s sustainable forestry and carbon ecosystem.
Ecotree’s core operations include:
- Forest plantation management and development
- Provision of internationally certified carbon credits
- Connection of organizations toward sustainable development
Additionally, the catalogue reinforces Ecotree’s positioning as a leading enterprise in Vietnam’s carbon credit ecosystem.
3.2 Showcasing scale and ecosystem strength
Moreover, the project emphasizes the scale and operational strength of the company. For instance, real project imagery across more than 20 provinces was used to strengthen credibility and enhance visual storytelling.
In addition, the catalogue highlights key performance indicators such as:
- Over 100 implemented projects
- 50+ strategic partners
- Long-term carbon reduction goals
- A 50-year sustainable development roadmap
- A 1-million-hectare forest development strategy
As a result, Ecotree’s ecosystem is presented in a clear and data-driven way that appeals to investors and stakeholders.
3.3 Modern international-standard design direction
Furthermore, the catalogue was designed following modern international standards. The main color palette of green and white was carefully selected to reflect environmental consciousness and sustainability values.
In addition, the layout follows a structured flow, including: company introduction, core activities, carbon credit data, strategic vision, and global carbon market potential. Therefore, readers can easily navigate complex information in a logical sequence.
Moreover, intuitive infographics and charts were integrated to simplify technical ESG and carbon data for investor understanding.
3.4 Multi-platform compatibility
Finally, the catalogue was developed with strong multi-platform adaptability. It is fully optimized for horizontal (landscape) print format. Additionally, it can be easily converted into PDF for emailing, investor presentations, and website integration. Consequently, the catalogue serves both physical and digital communication needs effectively.
